食谱分享:菜脯蒸金目卢





材料:金目卢一尾,菜脯一包, 蒜头6瓣剁细,姜一小块剁细。
Ingredients: Seabass, a packet of dried radish, garlic  6 chopped ,small piece of  ginger chopped.
调味料:蚝油,麻油,酱清,花雕酒。
Seasoning: oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce Qing Hua Diao wine.
做法:金目卢洗干净抹些盐放在盘,加些麻油上锅蒸。
Method:  clean Seabass wipe some salt on the fish , add some sesame oil on the steaming pot.
另一个锅放些油,倒入菜脯,蒜耳,姜耳炒一炒,加入调味料炒均。就倒入在半途蒸鱼上,鱼蒸熟了即可。
Another pan put some oil into the dried radish, garlic , ginger stir-fry,add seasonings stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the middle for steamed fish
昨晚煮了这道鱼和ABC 汤一样青菜。先生说比星期六在外面的更好吃。噢星期六在THE MINE对面的店吃,每样好咸好咸。咸到这个嘴都麻麻,告诉那店的伙计还脸很黑。因为我先生说那里有出名的纸包鸡,我就说想试一试。哪知每一样菜都咸的?不去了。。。。那里共有三间同名的招牌?? 我也有煮过两次纸包鸡在妈妈家时。找一天也来煮看看。。。

My husband said have a delicious  wrapped chicken there, I said to try. Each dish is salty, like I did not realize it? Not to go. . . . Where there are three signs of the same name? ? I have cooked two time wrapped chicken in my  mum's house . I will cook this a future ...
