Materials: a bag of agar-agar powder,more than half a pack of sugar, a can of longan, a can of cream milk , pandan leaves 5-6, water 2200ml.
做法:水和菜燕粉放入锅里搅拌均匀,煮一会儿加入班兰叶不停的搅拌。
water andagar-agar powder put in pot together stir well , add pandan leaves to cook while constantly stirring.
再加入龙眼水,冰糖煮滚,熄火。
Add Longan water, sugar and bring to boil, remove from heat.
约5分钟后才可入谈奶精 搅拌即可。
after 5 minutes just can add cream milk .
之后将龙眼放入杯中或模型里,就可倒入煮好的菜燕了。
Add longan into the cups , and add agar agar into the cups.
待冷后收进雪柜了。
Incorporated into the refrigerator after a leave to cool.
