食谱分享:黄金满屋 Fried chinese sausage with assorted vegatables

材料 ingredients:
1大匙油,1小匙蒜泥,1对腊肠切粒, 10粒香菇切粒 , 1/2 红萝卜切粒, 1 条玉属黍起粒,5 条甜豆切粒。2 大匙松子仁。
1 tbsp oil , 2 tbsp pine nuts , 1 tsp chopped garlic , 1 pair chinese sausage diced , 10 fresh shiitale mushrooms diced , 1/2 carrot peeled and diced , 1 cob fresh sweet corn , removed the kernels , 5 honey peas diced .
调味料:1/2 小匙盐, 1/2 小匙胡椒粉, 2 大匙水。
seasoning : 1/2 tsp salt , 1/2 tsp pepper , 2 tbsp water.
做法 method :
爆香蒜泥,加入腊肠粒炒香。Heat up oil and saute chopped garlic until aromatic ,Add chinese sausage and stir-fry until fragrant.
加入香菇粒, 红萝卜粒和玉属黍粒炒一会儿,加入其余材料和调味料炒均,即可。Add fresh mushrooms , carrot , corn kernels and stir-fry until cooked .Add in the remaining ingredients, seasoning and stir well.Dish up and serve.
 很好吃哦。孩子会喜欢因为全部切粒了,很方便。。。Delicious children will like it ,because all ingredients chopped .
