食谱分享:四季豆炒香姑。

材料:四季豆,香菇,腊肠,蒜米,耗油,盐,糖。 
Ingredients: green beans, mushrooms, sausage, garlic, oyster sauce,salt, sugar.
1)锅里放点油,热了加入蒜米炒一会儿。
put some oil in wok ,when feel hot add garlic fry a for a while.
2)放入腊肠炒一炒,加入香菇,四季豆,一点糖一起炒。
add sausage,mushroom,green beads and a litter bit sugar continued fry ..
3)最后加些耗油,盐试一试味。将锅盖盖一会,因为四季豆要炒比其它菜久一会儿。
last add the oyster sauce ,salt try taste and Place the lid on for a while, because the green beans to fry for a while longer than other vegatables. 
其实我有位厨艺了得的母亲,只要品尝一口她煮的菜肴都赞不绝口。新年年三十晚我家排了三张桌子长长一排,有我们一家人还有甘姐姐父亲朋友好热闹,我都忘了拍照。 
My mother a very well  in cooking, who taste her cooked dishes are full of praise for her. New Year's Eve my father's friend ,gan sister come my house for dinner . long long table. I forgot to take pictures.
