食谱分享-大地鱼海参船。BRAISED SEA CUCUMBER WITH DRIED SOLE FISH

大地鱼海参船BRAISED SEA CUCUMBER WITH DRIED SOLE FISH。(食谱来自YUMYUM70)
将所有材料切粒。Diced all the ingredients.
Ingredients A: 1 presoaked sea cucumber ; 1 star anise; 3cm cinnamon sauce; 3 tbsp light soya sauce; 1 tsp sugar;600ml water.                                             
         材料A:1条法号海参;一粒八角;一个桂皮;3大匙酱清;一大匙耗油;一小匙糖;600ML水。



Ingredients B:1 cup oil for deep-frying; 1 dried sole fish , 1 tsp chopped garlic ; 1 tin button mushrooms , diced ;1 chicken whole leg,deboned and diced;5 water chestnuts,peel and diced;1/2 carrot .peeled and diced;5 honey peas,diced.              材料B:一杯油; 一片大地鱼干; 一小匙蒜泥; 一罐蘑菇切粒, 一只鸡腿去骨切粒;五粒马蹄去皮切粒;半条红萝卜去皮切粒;五条甜豆切粒。
将材料A放进锅里煮滚,转小火煮30分钟至软,上碟。
Put all ingredients A into a pot and bring to boil.lower the heat and simmer for 30 mins until sea cucumber is tender .Dish up.
将小白菜烫熟,上碟。The boiled cabbage,Dish up.
1)大地鱼干放入热油锅炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油,切小块;
2)留1大匙油爆香蒜泥,加入蘑菇,鸡肉和调味料炒香。
3)加入马蹄,甜豆炒熟,打芡,加扁鱼炒熟。倒入海参上即可。  
1)Heat  uo oil for deep-frying and deep-fry dried sole fish until golden brown .Dish and drain .Break dried sole fish into small pieces.  
2) leave 1 tbsp oil in wok and saute chopped garlic until fragrant.Add mushrooms,chicken meat,seasoning and stir-fry until aromatic.
3)Add water chestnuts,honey peas and stir-fry until cooked.thicken with chestnuts water.Add dried sole fish and stir well.Fill the mixture into sea cucumber and serve.
我没加鱼干,蘑菇只用了半罐。我全家都爱吃,你也来煮给家人吧。
I did not add sole fish, mushrooms only half tin. My whole family love to eat, you must try  to cook for the family .
