食谱分享:香茅SAMBAL 虾苏东。Aromatic sambal prawns sotong.

材料:A)虾,苏东;    
Ingredients A :prawns , sotong.       
B)香茅,洋葱1粒,辣椒2条切粹; 
Ingredients B :2 Lemongrass, 1 onion  ,2 chilli  chopped.
调味:耗油,糖,生抽,黑酱油;     
Seasoning: oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce;
Sambal:辣椒干,大葱,蒜头,虾米,罗望子一起捣烂(阿叁膏),糖,盐。事先用少许油炒香备用(可以一次炒多收雪柜,想煮时就方便了)
Sambal: Dried chilli ,  onions, garlic, dried shrimp, pounded with tamarind (tamarind paste), sugar, salt. heat up oil  all put into the wok cooked. (can do more  that  keep in refrigerator when cooking.)
 
做法: method:
1)虾放进锅里炸一炸,捞起。Heat up oil ,deep-fry the prawns .dish up.
2)锅里流少许油,爆香材料B,加入SAMBAL,炒一炒之后再加入调味料试味就放入虾和苏东炒均。熟了便可享用。
Leave some oil in wok ,saute ingredients B and sambal until aromatic.add seasoning and sotong ,prawns stir well 

很好吃噢,我先生说可以开档买马来饭,他吃完虾和苏东留汁到晚上炒面。 Delicious, may try it .
