如何蒸出香香滑滑的豆腐蛋How to steamed delicious tofu egg

我和孩子都很爱吃这道蒸蛋。学了很久很久还是不成功,回家就问妈妈为什么我做不到??原来有秘密的。。。I and my son love to eat this dish ..but i learn long long time still unsuccessful ,back home ask my mum , why i cnt do it? That there are secret.
A蛋2粒,水加至吃饭的碗满。A egg 2 ,Add to the bowl full of water.
另用一个铁碗加盐油,打至只发泡。Another bowl with some salt and oil, Beat until foaming。
大火蒸至8分熟, 马上关火。留它在锅里约两分钟打开盖即可。也可加些芫荽或爆香葱头仔。
Cooked over high heat to 8 points, immediately turn off the heat. Leave it in the pot for about two minutes to open the cover. Can also add some coriander or shallots until fragrant.
