纸包鸡食谱来咯 Wrap chicken recipes

包得不是很漂亮,不过很入味哟。孩子一边吃一边说MAMMY 很好吃勒,(是鸡肉好吃还是MAMMY好吃?)所有他一共吃了5个,他一向较不爱吃肉类,多数是鱼,蔬菜,水果。我也很开心他的胃口这么好今天。Package was not  pretty, but very tasty yo. my son said “MAMMY children are delicious , (a delicious chicken or MAMMY ? he ate  total of 5, he  always  dont like to eat meat, mostly fish, vegetables, fruit. I am also very happy to his liking so well today.
  1. 颜色没比外面的黑,如果喜欢黑黑就多加黑酱油。
  2.  The color was not black than shop , can add more dark soy sauce yourself..
  3. 材料:鸡翅膀6只 切断;吸油纸。 
  4. Ingredients: 6 chicken wings, cut off; oil-absorbing paper
  5. 腌料:蚝油1汤匙,糖1/2汤匙 , 黑酱油1/2汤匙, 麻油1汤匙, 花雕酒1汤匙 , 酱清1/2汤匙,玉蜀黍分1汤匙,蒜头2-3瓣, 姜汁三汤匙(我一向是凭自己味觉调味,要试一试味道合不合自己的胃口)
  6. Marinade: 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, sugar 1 / 2 tbsp ,dark soy sauce 1 / 2 tbsp, sesame oil 1 tablespoon, Hua Diao wine 1 tablespoon ,light soy sauce 1 / 2 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon corn flour, garlic  2-3 , ginger juice 3 Spoon (I have always been their own taste, you can taste yourself)
  7. 做法:将鸡肉倒入腌料拌均。让它腌上两天。两天过后就用吸油纸包,包后就翻入烤炉,200 c  热度20 分钟即可。如没有烤炉可以炸一炸但是回避较油腻哦。
  8. Methods: Add chicken into the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for two days. After two days on the use ofoil paper bag after bag fell into the oven, 200 c temperature 20 minutes. If dont have oven also can  fried without agreasy fried but avoid more .
